Crashing Issues

in Tech Support

Just installed latest pc version and every time I click preview it crashes.

All drivers are up to date and PC is powerful enough. But this happens even without loading up a game (just the blank black screen you begin with).

Any clues to as why or how to fix this?

    Nvidia graphics card?
