Google Play Services tab missing??

I'm trying to upload a game to Google Play with iaps - but can't see anywhere in the Services dropdown to put my Google Play Licence key for iaps.
Do we no longer need to input this? Has something changed? This is my Publishing Services tab, with no Google option:

It went missing a while ago. I already mentioned this a couple of times in the Nightly Build thread. No one from GS staff responded.

@NipaDidIt - thanks, if it's been missing a while maybe it's no longer needed?.. The cookbook guide hasn't been updated if this is the case though.
I may try publishing an alpha build later to test the iaps.

Heya! I'm looking into it now. I did bit of refactor on the publishing system and I might have missed a few things.
FYI, I found the problem, a bit of code we changed on the version checking to support RevMob banner ads and AdMob. I'm testing the change now and should have a fix up soon.
The fix has been deployed, please PM me if you continue to see any problems!

What goes there?? the long 64 bit code ? the app name or something else?
