App ready for developer release(App Store)

So after just over ONE month of messing around, my app is finally ready for release on the App Store. I set it to Manual release because I did want to release it the same time as the Android version, which didn't happen.
My question is - if I say, released it today, would it be on sale within 24 hours? Or are there yet more delays before an app actually goes live?
