Change Scene on Position doesn't work

I am trying to change seen when my actor position x is 200. Doesn't work! I have to make it collide or overlap with an actor. It seems lots of rules won't apply when it involves a position attribute does this have to deal with physics engine approximation? Is it skipping point 200 maybe going from 199 to 202?

Maybe. Try using >= 200 to give it a little buffer.
