Need some help with Bundle ID

in iPhone and Android Publishing

Hi, this is my first time creating an app. I created a developer account and I was asked to create a bundle Id for my app. Can anyone tell me what should I put as a bundle id? Do I just put some random words?

    Standard procedure is your website address backwards and name of app or whatever.

    If you don't have a website.

    As long as it's a unique name it's fine.
