Reload button dissapears

I put a reload button in one of my scenes. When i press preview, the reload button is not there. I need help

    the rule of the reload button is
    actor receives event touch is pressed
    reset scene

    You're going to need to do some trouble-shooting. Some first steps are to delete that actor and re-add it to the scene. Also make sure the actor is locked (double-click on it on the scene and you should see a lock symbol) and therefore using its prototype rules. Add the actor to a new blank scene and see if it shows up when you preview.

    Are you using Mac or Windows Creator? Does this happen in Creator or on a device? Do you have any camera control behaviors or are you changing the camera origin, etc.? Have you changed any layers to scrollable or non-scrollable?
