Content Rights

in iPhone and Android Publishing

I am about to submit my game for review now but Apple asks me a question about the content rights...
I did use 3 songs that have no copyright so what should i choose?
My game does contain or does not?

    In addition to all that; do a TON of research before choosing a 'copyright-free' anything. Most are not.
