I need help making a scrolling table.

Hey guys, I was making a achievements table to connect with the achievements you can win throughout the game, so i made a achievements pop up window. I was wondering how i could make it to where i could use my finger to scroll up and down in that menu so that different achievements slide up and down so players can view them. I want the scrolling to have a constraint to the scroll actor on the side so it goes down when you move your finger up etc. I don't know if this is possible because its one image. However i do have a copy of that table and all the breakdowns for it like the heading and footer etc. What is the best solution to go about this problem?
