    Sad about the CEO having recently passed away.

    Anyways, i filled it out. I didn't answer #5 because the minimum price of $200 a minute is still too much, regardless if i had $100 or $100,000. I can hire freelancers for $50-$100 or or less a minute.

    Yep understand that prices are a bit bigger i just a little more to discuss on the presentation and to have a price which would theoretically could cover the other costs im including so it is is more for quantitative purposes than qualitative.
