How to make football game

I'm trying to make game which is two players start the game, if player one shoots the player's2 goal, then he gain a score and the same as for player 2, The problem is that I'm facing is I made an actor which indicates to the both players collide each other in order to let the ball move left and right which I used Move behavior, when both players comes to the ball, the ball start to shack and it does not move, Also I'm trying to make the goals active but how to do it and how to avoid that to make suitable for the game ?

The ball moving or not moving sounds like a physics issue.
But, if the rule that gets both actors to collide makes them do it at the exact same time, then the ball may have nowhere to go, hence it gets stuck.
A simple way of making your goals "active" is to use a collide rule.
For example, when ball collides with goal, then score.

@Summation 2 rules: A rule state that when actor recieves event as overlapes or collide with player 1, move behavior which is speed 200 right side, second rule it is same but with player 2 and I put the speed as -200 to go left side, Now what is the solution of this situation. Also, If the player 1 shot player's 2 goal and after it gives score I made it destroyed for reason not to make the game to lack, how does it appear again ? and also how to let it reach until 10 score and then its states as you win !
