Is There a Maximum Image or Scene Size?

Hello; Im trying to make 2d platformer game and i have a background image sized like this;

Width: 6738
Height: 3611

When i add this image on my game, game crashes and closes himself. Its a what i get for error "Unfortunately, GAME NAME has stopped."

I think this problem's cause is my image's size. What should i do about this problem? May anyone give me information about this?

    Largest image size is 2048 x 2048 pixels.

    Scene size can be as large as you like.
