If you're looking to pay someone for their help, I'd recommend giving an idea of what kind of budget you have.

If you're looking for someone to help for free, you'll probably struggle to find someone. At the very least, you need to give a decent idea of what your game is going to be about, as even fewer people are going to email you to ask.

Realistically, GameSalad is a very easy to use piece of software - it's designed specifically for people who can't code but have ideas. Your best bet is probably to explore making this idea yourself.
