Reverting to 0.8.7

After the nightmare that is 0.8.8 (which has broken my timers that spawn all enemies, level text etc), I'm wanting to go back to 0.8.7. If I install 0.8.7 would the binary that I've been messing around with in 0.8.8 work? Also, am I asking for trouble doing this and if it all went wrong, could I just reinstall 0.8.8?

    I'm pretty sure any 0.8.8 files won't even open in 0.8.7.
    You'd have to go back to the last 0.8.y file you were working on.

    You should be able to copy/paste stuff from the newer file into the older one if you have them both open at the same time.

    Just the timers which have screwed my scene intros... could be worse. Game is still fully playable and functional and I was happy enough to submit to the App Store... I can't let this hold me back as there is no telling how long Gendai will take to fix the issues.
