Problem with installing iPhone Viewer

I already have the xcode sdk installed and I just bought the $99 Membership and I downloaded the iPhone Viewer(version 0.8.8) but when I try to build it inside xcode it gives me 2 errors

"Command /Developer/Library/Xcode/Plug-ins/CoreBuildTasks.xcplugin/Contents/Resources/copystrings failed with exit code 127"

"Command /Developer/Platforms/iphoneOS.platform/Developer/usr/bin/g++ -4.2 failed with exit code 1"

I have the settings to Device and Release also.

Help please.

    Nevermind got it.

    Hehe, I still haven't even tried the viewer yet... I guess I should so I can see RAM usage etc... I've been working off of ad hoc builds.
