Ipad apps for ios4

Hey guys,

Just wondering, when you submit an ipad app why does it ask you if it is qualified for ios4? Do you have to check the box? Because obviously the Ipad doesn't support ios4

    Im just confused because would they reject it if you put ios4 for an ipad app?

    Hi after you upload the binary it has a check box underneath saying "This application is iOS4 compatable" or words to that effect and you just click it.

    I know, but ipad does not yet support ios4 so im wondering why they are giving the option to check it when uploading a ipad app

    Sorry mate I see what you mean, good point. What I have done is made it for 3.2 but I have put in the description that it is iOS4 compatable and I have tested the same game, less the graphics on a iPhone 4 so I know it will run within iOS4.
