Preloader.

Hi guys, i noticed some lags/delays when i first started initializing my game. And it is kind of unsightly if users were to see the lags/delays when they try to run my app.

Is there any way around this, or do i need a preloader? If i do need a preloader, can someone advise me on how to do a preloader? Thank you!
