On device Keep replacing xcode project with another ??

GS team, Help please : )

Every time I keep on loading xcode projects to my device my other already installed xcode projects get replaced, do I need a new sign code etc.??

    im pritty sure u need new app id etc for each app u put on ur phone otherwise it just thinks its updateing the app to a new version
