Request Timed out. Trying to sign my App

When Im am trying to sign my app, before it took maybe max 30 seconds for the signing page to pop up via gamesalad from the Gamesalad site. Now it takes like 20 mins and half way it crashes and gives me a Error message saying "Request timed out". Anyone know what this is?
