Should we have a mute button for music and sounds for Fire TV games?

It's a good idea to have a mute button for sounds and a mute button for music while making phone games, but should we have them while making a game for Fire TV? It would seem like since it's on a TV and not in public it won't need them, but what if they don't like the music you chose or think sound effects are annoying? Just trying to get some opinions.

I would just add it as an extra, but I suppose you don't need it

I didn't, people have mute buttons on their TV's

There are times I'm playing a game and i don't really care to listen to their in game music, just the sfx. So for me, i like to have the option of turning off music and sfx.

Something for me to think about. I've already put them in my game so i may just leave them. Thanks for input everyone!
