Zip-align error when i'm trying to upload my apk to the google play consule

Hey,
After i generated and downloaded the apk from the publish area in gamesalad
I signed it with the APK signer and this is where i founded the "zipalign" file:

After that i saved the final apk and tried to upload it into the Google Play store (via the Google play consule) and every time i try to upload it i get an error the says: "You uploaded an APK that is not zip aligned. You will need to run a zip align tool on your APK and upload it again." Why is that?

    Search for zipalign on your PC. I havent used the Windows one for a while but i think you need to use a different one thats hidden else where. Either in Gamesalad or under JAVA program files.
