Does the viewed version of the game differ from the actual installed app when played on the phone?

Just wondering if the app project tested on the viewer is actually how it looks and runs when it's officially installed and running on phone.

Reason I asked is when I tested my project on the viewer, it was a little glitchy and some actors isn't appearing or working right. So I though maybe it could be that I have too much actors in the scene, too much stacks of rules. I'll give your suggestion a try before doing any drastic changes to my characters and their movements.
Any suggestions on how to do it with Android?
First you need to make an APK through the GS publishing portal. Then install the APK on your device.
Here's the cookbook link.

You need to have a pro subscription to do so.
