Is there any Ad agency for gamesalad that offers Banner ads that are >pay per impression< for IOS other then iAds?

    iAds are the only option available for banner ads in iOS.

    0.14 will have support for RevMob and AdMob banner ads.

    Well, I wanted Banner ads that are Pay per Impression but people told me there is no such thing as Banner ads that are Pay per impression for android. But if I there Banner ads for Android that are Pay per impression please send me a link. and I don't know what exactly 0.14 is referring to.
    When i try to set up iAds it wont let me sign in and it says "Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect" Can someone help me out, been stuck on this for a while now.
