Fire TV Publishing

Hi I haven't published games to anything other than iOS so i'm confused. To publish to fire TV I do the same steps for android publishing correct? Also the Android SDK in the steps doesn't exist and it's now the "Android Studio". Will everything still work? Thanks

All the steps are still the same but publish with Amazon fire tv in Gamesalad publish. Also Sdk tool are still available but towards the bottom of that page in downloads.
