LG G3 lollipop warns about programs battery usage.

My LG G3 constantly warns about my little game's battery usage after it's been sometime on background (after quitting game from home button). I have tried to fix problem by using hibernate but it really doesn't seem to have any effect. So, my question is, is there any tips or tricks that could help me fix that problem? Or what is causing the warning?

    Tested out with Dave's Orc clicker game and it seems to give same warning too, so i guess it's either Lollipop or GS is not completely stopping when you push it background with home button. Other games like Geometry Dash is not giving battery warning so it seems to be somewhat related to GS..
