"Project was created with a newer version of Gamesalad"

I just updated from gamesalad 0.12.20 to 0.13 and I went to open my game that I have been working on and it said the project was created with a newer version of gamesalad, but I opened it like an hour before I updated. How do I update my project so that it is compatible with the new version of gamesalad? Please Help.
