Gamesalad templates won't open on windows

Hi everyone, I don't know why this isn't working. When I try to open a template on gamesalad windows, the template won't open. It just says "unsupported file format. The file is newer than this version of creator."
But my version is 0.10.5, and all of the templates I've tried are lower than that, I am using windows 7.

So does anyone have any ideas of why it's not working?

It could be that you're trying to open a Mac Creator file. If you Google convert mac windows gamesalad you'll see instructions for converting the file if that's the case.

Windows project files usually appear as a folder. Add the .gameproj extension to the filename and then open it in Mac Creator.
