Problems installing

When I download GameSalad and the screen pops up with the GameSalad icon and the arrow pointng to applications icon there is a circle with a cross going through on the GameSalad icon. I ignored that thinking it was nothing and moved it over into the applications. I then tried to open GameSalad from the application and an error message popped up saying "you can't open "gamesalad" because it is not supported on this architecture.

    Does your computer meet the system requirements?

    Intel Based Mac
    Mac OS 10.5+

    It's a mac os x 10.5.8

    Processor type? (Click on the Apple at the top left and select "About this Mac".

    1.8GHz PowerPC G5

    Unfortunately, GameSalad only works on Macs with Intel processors.

    And I believe the iPad and iOS4 XCode SDK only run on Snow Leopard...
    (in addition to the Intel processor)
