Android Testing

We are doing a science fair project and use the free version of Gamesalad on desktop mac. We have been able to test on Android phone using the Android Viewer from Mac. However, I am wondering if we need to stay connected to the mac for it to work. We need to give the phone to others to test and also take the phone to the science fair. Since our mac is a desktop, we cannot carry it with us to the site. Can we continue to have the app work even after we are no longer close to the mac? We need to figure out what to do at the earliest, please help.
