I can't open my mobile provision document in Xcode

in iPhone and Android Publishing

When I download my mobile provision document from my provisioning account, I can't open it in Xcode.
Normally, it should be opened in the organizer window.
I have uninstalled and installed Xcode several times, also de document but it doesn't work.
It shouldn't be a problem to open it.
If anyone knows how can I solve it, please tell me.
