Published game works differently than GS Viewer

When I use GS Viewer to test my game on my iPhone it works properly, however when I publish then install my game by dragging to iTunes and Syncing, it performs wrong when I run it.
For example, it no longer loads and saves variables. The physics are wonky; the ball that normally drops toward the bottom of the iPhone screen now drops toward the lower right corner. And some of the actors move around erratically, rather than in an ordered fashion they way the should.

Any ideas why this is happening?

iPhone Software: 3.1.3

PS I originally started building this game on GS 0.8.6 then when 0.8.7 came out I finished up the game in that. I am using:

    GameSalad 0.8.7
GS Viewer 0.8.7 installed on an iPhone 3G running 3.1.3 software.

I had a similar problem, but on a less extreme level. My published game's graphics were not as smooth.

One thing to make sure of is to delete the older built app off of your phone each time. You cannot simply drag a new one on to test and have it overwrite the older one.

This is because the version number is the same. i.e, it is still version 1.0 of your app.

Anyway, just make sure you are not simply testing an older build...

    To be sure:
    1. delet your app directly on your device
    2. delet your app on iTunes
    3. sync iTunes with your device without your app
    4. add the newer version of your app in iTunes
    5. sync again

I had have a similar problem with my new version wich had have many things from the older and dont work properly, so do that and if it dont work, pray God.

Thanks everyone for the quick response. I used the sequence pinkusinski suggested and now it works properly.

I was going to suggest going on a shotgun rampage but your solution is probably better.
