New TOS 3.3.1/2 on iOS 4 and GameSalad

Hi, now the new iOS 4 has been rolled out and all of us were asked to accept the new TOS 3.3.1/2 agreement before uploading new apps for approval. Has anyone of you got approved by using GameSalad after accepting the new TOS? Thanks!!!
