Preview Problems

Hi,

I am new to GS and I have started a project and have created a couple of scenes. Once I go to preview the game all I get is a blank screen. I have looked through some previous posts and have not been able to locate a solution, can anyone help with this.

(ive noticed the most common problem is solved with instructions from the link below, i have tried this and it did not work)
