While the gameplay might be great its the art or lack of it thats putting me off downloading.
It would be 100 times better if you have a nice background with parallax scrolling of some foreground actors, turning the 2 dots into characters would add personality to the game, the hazards could be fun too.
Off the top of my head how about a jungle theme? having snakes or crocodiles as hazards and red and blue parrots as the heroes…just a thought.
I just downloaded your app on my S5 it's very good! But some ideas maybe add some sound effects when I score a point(s) & when I lose the game, you can maybe add power ups to make it more entertaining.
I see you're trying to go for the very plane iOS 7 theme. Maybe you should work on your background graphics. Because when the balls go up I don't get the illusion of the balls getting higher & higher. Another suggestion is to make the balls one color. Because the balls are currently blue & green BUT the backgrounds change color so the balls look bad with a purple background (just my personal opinion).
& also what will be very helpful would be to add a very short tutorial mode to tell your players what the concept of the game is! I was very confused of what to do & what the concept of the game was until my 5th try (not everyone who downloads your game will have the same patients).
Other than that the app concept is phenomenal. Something I sure wish I thought of! If you work on having a proper background, sound effects & work on your game over screen this app has a fighting chance honestly. This is something that has massive potential! You've managed to get the perfect balance between fun & hardness! I believe an app like this can do amazing on the app market!
