I can't load my game using GS Viewer

Hi everybody,
I have been having problem loading my game to my iPhone using the GS Viewer. After the status bar shows that the game is loaded and ready on the Mac.. my iPhone show the rotating loading icon but after a few seconds, i was kick out of the GS Viewer App and the Status on my Mac shows that the device has been disconnected. This happens to me 15 times (i counted).
My game is in portrait will there be any issues? And also I thought it could be the many timers i have in the game, so i tried to remove 70% of them for testing and still the same thing happens. What could be wrong? Can someone please advice.
PS: The GameSalad Program, GS Viewer & iPhone iOS4 are all in it's latest version.
