Bug with Matching Actors

I'm about to pull my hair out trying out figure out why I'm seeing an issue in my game. Basically I have some rules set up where I launch a certain type of actor at a bar that is falling, it pushes it up. If the actor doesn't match, it makes the far fall faster. The problem I'm having is that when I launch the incorrect (doesn't match) block at the bar, and the next block in the sequence DOES match, the bar still gets pushed up. I've made a video showing the issue in more detail below. Any assistance you could offer would be GREATLY appreciated.

I'm not super confident I'm going to get help on this one. Does anyone know if acquiring the pro licences will enable me to open a help ticket with the GS developers?
