How to set up in-app purchases

Hi i'm fairly new to gamesalad and if someone could give me a sort of step by step process on how to do in app purchases that would be great!

The IAP system has changed and the current stable Windows version has the old system. I believe it still works but is being depreciated. GS is currently in the process of updating Windows to bring it in line with the Mac version.
If you want to use the old system just google it and you will find out how to do it. Most if not all the videos are for the Mac version but it is similar and you will be able to work it out.
