Custom Attributes

I've bought a template that has custom attributes, and I see the custom attribute is a function. I am a coder and would love to learn and understand the functions behind the custom attributes -- where is the code for the functions located in the Windows version?

You can't do custom code in Gamesalad, I'm not sure what exactly you're looking at but 'Functions' are located in the Expression Editor under the function menu (in the Mac version at least).

When I opened up the template in Windows, the values for the custom attributes weren't there. GSHelper where I bought the template suggested I open the template with a Mac, which I have, and the values were there! I've read on the site that the Windows version is the same as the Mac version with things in different places -- but it seems the differences go deeper.

Anyway, I'm off and running on my old MacBook... Please ignore my post!

What value are these? Are they table values? If so, all you need to do is duplicate the table. In other words MAKE another table, using the same table name, values etc and GS will then self populate the missing table values.

Or, its mostly likely where GS mac using the index value, which Gamesalad Windows doesnt have.
