Resource and memory activity

Hello all,
I was wondering how, if possible I could measure the resource and memory impact of my game? Is there any tools GameSalad provides to do this? Would I need third party software? Or perhaps this functionality exists when compiling in XCode?
I'm currently building for iPhone/iPad, fluctuating between Windows and OS X.

Nevermind, I found a piece of software which looks like it may help - Costs £10 but looks worth it. Will investigate after work. If anyone else is interested, here is the link:
