M4A music file problem

Hi guys. As you know, we need to use .M4A files for music commands. Is the only kind of file that GS reconice like music (Not sound).

Mi problem is: I can put the .M4A file on my game and Gamesalad show it up on "Music comand" but it doesn´t works... I can pulse "Play and Stop" but I can´t hear the music. (The command "Souns" with .Wav and .Ogg works perfect).

Can anybody help me? thanks!
