iOS4 sdk

I installed 4.0sdk and now it says no base sdk and before i had from 3.0-3.13. What went wrong what i need to do

Thanks I thought it was something simple it list all the base sdks except 3.1.3 it said could not find but I guess it dosent matter since I have 4.0
