problem portfolio

I keep getting this in any app in the portfolio. It just stays like this trying to refresh it self. Anyone else getting this problem
edit: of course it is fixed as soon as i post this.

It happens often, just click any of the tabs a few times and just let it sit there, after a few minutes it shows up like its suppose to.
