Signing error

Nobody answer when I asked question. Only a single question makes them mute. Hey, anybody there??
Why nobody answer when i asked why this appeared when i click "sign app"??

    Sorry no one has gotten to you and answering your question. You should have just bumped your original post rather then making 3 posts of the same thing but I can see why you did. Just for the next time.

    I have never encountered this before. Couple questions. Are you on Mac or Windows and what are you trying to publish to?

    I'm on windows. I'm trying to publish game that I re-skinned.

    This is my Android package signer..

    I updated the java. One more problem, when I click on "Sign Apps" it appears nothing. I checked on the location I saved but there is no apk files.
