Shouting for help about some topic

I'm trying to create a game where when one character collides with another, there are two possible outcomes: either the first actor is destroyed and it is game over; or the second actor is destroyed and the first grows larger.

I want the first option to happen when the second actors dimensions are larger than those of the first, and I want the second option to occur when the first actor's dimensions are lager than the first.

Anyone know how to do this? I'm new to GameSalad, so a detailed explanation would be greatly appreciated.
