In order to publish to iOS app store you need an apple developer account which is $99/year and either a MAC or use a service like MacinCloud.

If you publish with Free edition, Gamesalad will insert ads in your game, the revenue generated from ads does not go to you, it goes to gamesalad.

PRO is the same creator, but it will unlock PRO features in your game, like being able to put in your own ads from chartboost/revmob/iad/playhaven, among other PRO features.

For a quick comparison check this link, scroll to the bottom of the page http://gamesalad.com/creator/pro

You can build your game and publish it to Apple Appstore, Google Play Store, Amazon App Store, Windows 8 Store, Gamesalad Arcade, etc.

Yes you need a mac or use a service like macincloud, plus the apple developer account to publish to the Apple iOS Appstore only.

After build game with gamesalad pro have i apk (or ipa ) files ? And can i put game in my website and etc ?

When you build your game, you can publish using the android tab in the gamesalad publishing portal and you will get a unsigned and signed .apk which can be used to publish to Google Play and Amazon Appstore.

If you publish to the Gamesalad arcade, there will be an embed link that you can put in your website.

I would suggest just using the free version for a while until you get more experienced.

I have never used construct 2, but with gamesalad you can also put your game on your phone via adhoc build. You can get a .apk and a .app as well. Also can submit to app stores if you wish, or even arcade and embed it to your website.
