Extremely Slow Packaging Server

Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm on Mozilla Firefox and when I try to package my game for exporting, the server hardly ever loads. When I refresh it sometimes works, but after a really long wait. ... very annoying.

It also seems my forum access is having problems too. Keep getting a "Woops... Your sso timed out during the request. Please try again." When attempting to click on Community --> Forums.
