Cannot change Bundle ID in iTunes Connect

My games current state in iTunes Connect is "Prepare for Submission". However, whenever I go to more and look at my Bundle ID, I cannot change it to the one of my choosing. When I go to other apps, it gives me the option to change it, but this app will not allow me to. There has never been a version published yet, so I don't know what the problem is.

Question, the state of this app your are referring to is "Prepare for Submission", what is the state of your other apps that will allow you to change???

Well that being the case I would contact Apple iTunes connect and they will be able you help you out. I would recommend doing this since this isn't a normal issue. I have dealt with them in the past and have had good experience with them. Below is the webpage that I use and it's for Apple Developer Program Worldwide Telephone Support.

It use to be that way but they now give you the option to change before you submit the app. One you submit the app the bundle ID will then be tied to the app.
