Make sure you use your distribution profile when your signing your project

did you create an appstore distribution profile for the app and select it when publishing through GS?

go to your provisioning portal at the apple site.
Go to app IDs and create a new app id
click on provisioning, then the distribution tab
click new profile, name it, select the app id, submit it, download it, open it in xcode
    publish in GS

What the culprit? I was having the same trouble the other day, then on my 25th attempt I tried a new zip program and it worked.

It was a rather harrowing experience. :\
