COPPA Compliance and Agecheq for Kids Apps

Please can anyone tell me if Gamesalad offers COPPA compliance for developers targeting the kids apps market (ages 3 - 12 ) and is there any likelihood that Agecheq will be offered as a plugin in the near future?

    Last i heard from gamesalad they said no to COPPA and have no plans to support this..

    This comes up quite often...

    I don't think GS have said No to COPPA compliance... Last I saw, they were wanting to look into implementing it, but gave no timeframe for doing so. This falls into the same area as other issues of data collection, and Pro users requests for having an opt out/access to the data GS collects.

    Like I said... Comes up often... But appears low down on the priorities.

    it's your responsibility to comply with COPPA - not GS

    GS must surely take COPPA seriously considering it's core users targeting the kids apps market. Is there anyway of setting up a parental gate and being able to disable GS data collection?
    @jorkas please tell me HOW Pro Users can comply with COPPA? Thanks
