Crystal Caves-ish template

Hi Folks,

I'm looking for a template with the same specs as my favorite game Crystal Games, a classic form Apogee. I've searched on the marked place but couldn't find a fitting template, but perhaps (because I'm new here) I've overlooked something.

Perhaps a long-shot, but can someone help me further on this case? Willing to pay
