I have a question , once my game play is uploaded to the play store , then , do I have the copyright of the game ?, or is better to upload to the app store first and then upload it to the play store, thank you

Technically you own the copyright as soon as you create something. So, it doesn't really matter which store you upload to first.

LoveJoy is right. The moment you have something in a tangible form, such as a sketch, or written words it is copy written. Typical, I send the designs of my characters, as well as their background stories and other sketch to the copyright office. I did this with my latest game entitled Gigi and Lily. http://www.gigi-and-lily.com
A copyright is a cheap and worthwhile endeavor as it is good for the duration of your life time plus 70 years after you pass. The current cost to file electronically is just $35. Here is a link to the U.S. copyright office http://www.copyright.gov
